🕒 Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day after payment is received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

🚛 Delivery Time

  • Our trusted couriers deliver within 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.
  • Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and courier network.

📦 Shipping Rates

  • Orders under R600: R100
  • Orders R600 or more: Free

🚫 Delivery Restrictions

  • We currently deliver within South Africa only.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes — please provide a physical address.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking number to follow your parcel’s journey.
