Returns & Refund Policy — DealRush

 

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you're not satisfied, here's how our return process works:

Return Window

  • You may request a return within 14 days from the date you receive the item.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • In its original packaging

    • Unused and in the same condition you received it

Return Process

  1. Contact us at hayami.enterprise@gmail.com to initiate the return.

  2. Send the item back to us using a trackable courier service.

  3. Once we receive the item, please allow 2 business days for inspection.

Refunds

  • If the return is approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
  • You’ll be notified via email once your refund has been processed.

Courier Costs

  • Courier return costs are only refunded if:

    • The product has a manufacturing defect

    • We sent you the wrong item

For all other return reasons (e.g. changed your mind, ordered incorrectly), courier fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Opened hygiene or personal care items (unless faulty)
  • Clearance or final sale items
